Start Outlook 2007. If you don't already have an account setup for outlook, you will be greeted with this screen. Click "Next" to continue. If you aren't greeted with this screen, skip to step X.
If asked to configure Outlook to connect to Internet Email, Microsoft Exchange, or another Email server, Select "Yes" and click "Next" to continue.
Check the box that says "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next" to continue.
Select "Internet E-mail - Connect to your POP, IMAP, or HTTP server to send and receive e-mail messages" and click "Next" to continue.
Provide the following information to complete the setup process. Note: The incoming and outgoing mail server settings will depend on the 2nd half of your email address. If your email address ends in:
@ ivnet.com, use mail.ivnet.com
@ crtelco.com, use mail.crtelco.com
@ udnet.net, use mail.udnet.net
@ tsf.net, use mail.tsf.net
@ softfarm.com, use mail.tsf.net
Your Name: Your full name, this is the name that will be displayed with your account.
E-mail Address: Your email address
Account Type: POP3
Incoming mail server: *any of the servers listed above*
Outgoing mail server: *any of the servers listed above*
Username: *your email username*
Password: *your email password*
Remember Password: Selecting this option will allow email login without asking for your password.
