Duplicate User Policy

It has come to our attention that some customer's user name and password are being used from more than one location simultaneously. This could be a result of someone giving out their user ID and password or someone using their user ID and password without their knowledge or permission.

If you are paying for Internet service through IVNet, it is permissible to use IVNet in different locations. However, it is not permissible to have multiple persons using the same user ID and password to sign onto IVNet.

IVNet will not allow this practice. Only one person can sign on at a time. So, if another person has your user ID and password and is on the Internet, the second person signing on will not be able to use the service. If you are aware of another individual using your user ID and password, we strongly suggest that you secure your IVNet account at this time by contacting us to change your password. This will insure that you, the person paying for the IVNet account, will be the only one allowed to use it.

If you do need to change your password, all you have to do is contact us at 223-1052 and inform us that you need a password change on your IVNet account.

We appreciate your business and privacy. Please call if you have questions.
