IVNet Webhosting Customers have the ability to create their own email accounts for their domains through two different management tools.

How do I know which program I use?  If you are on our traditional hosting package you will use the first option.  If you have been transferred to the new hosting system and have received instructions from our staff on how to access, you can use the second option. 

(Eventually all customers will be moved over to the new system).  If you are not sure, you can always call us to find out which program works for your domain name.
